We are very excited and very proud to inform you that the Taj Mahal was a joint winner of the Tommy Miah’s Legend Award.  The award was presented to Rafique and Helen Choudhury at the International Indian Chef of the Year Award dinner that took place in the ILEC Conference Centre in Fulham, London, in the presence of guest of Honour HRH The Princess Royal. Sarah Ali-Choudhury meets HRH The Princess Royal at International Indian Chef Awards 2017

  Sarah Ali-Choudhury was one of seven finalist in the 2017 Tommy Miah’s International Chef of the Year Competition.  Above she is receiving an award from HRH The Princess Royal at the award ceremony held at the Awards dinner in the ILEC Conference Centre in Fulham, London. “Tommy Miah’s International Indian Chef of the Year was a really tough competition.  We had to cook at Billingsgate Training School in London, organise the food in Tiffins, travel to Kings Cross and board the Virgin First Class train to York where we served 9 judges on the train.    Being awarded...
