During Bridport Food Festival week Helen Choudhury will again be running her popular Indian Cookery Masterclass

This is a unique opportunity to learn the art of making authentic Indian dishes from co-owner and chef of the Taj Mahal , Helen Choudhury. Helen will demonstrate and give you hands-on experience of how to prepare a 3-course authentic Indian meal. As well as learning how to cook the meal you will sit down at the end with the rest of the group to enjoy the dishes prepared.
