We are very proud to have been announced as the winner of the Restaurant category in the Bridport Local Food Group Lockdown Hero Awards 2021. Especially important to us as it is as a result of nominations received from the community, our customers! We thank you very much for your votes.
The salutation given was as follows:
“As soon as lockdown came in, Helen took on the responsibility for all the cooking allowing her chefs to go home to their families. As well as the usual takeaway menu she devised a special value set menu and offered free home delivery to homes within a 3-mile radius of Bridport undertaken by her son Sanjay. She also took the time to cook curries and deliver for free to the Food Surplus stall at St Swithun’s church.
“Helen goes to great lengths to deliver top class curries… she is kind, courteous, helpful and very supporting to the local community”.
